Product development capabilities
Launch Medical have internally developed, and also employed, many senior technical personnel that are specialist in medical cabling who understand and utilize new technology.
The Project Manager has the responsibility to determine the development of products & concepts. They are in close consultation with all parties and utilize each system according to the product classification. This can include DFMEA, FMEA, material mold flows & modelling, through to trials of small batches to conduct assembly trials, product evaluation & development.
Manufacturing Capability
6800 m² Standardized production workshop with12 professional production lines supported by a stable supply chain, allows for large quantity production as well as fast response to customer changes and specially made custom products.

Launch Medical has passed ISO13485, CE & CFDA. Our production team is driven by "prevention first" and utilise TQM, TMP, SPD, QCC, 5S in the production process. These actions steadily decreases the PPM concerns.
PDCA helps with maintaining the quality of our products and ensures continuous improvement, as we actively pursue and achieve world class quality.
